Download a patient list

When you have an active or finished recall, you can check every patient’s status through Appt Health or you can export it.

The downloaded file will containall the patients’ NHS numbers, dates of birth, upload dates and recall statuses. The description will also be shown if the patient was pending, invited or booked at time of download.

‍Caution: the patient list contains confidential patient data (NHS number & date of birth). Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep this information secure and to delete the data from your PC once it is no longer required.

1. On the Appt Health portal, select the target you wish to view the list for and click on the Patient list tab. This will display the patient list.
Note: once the patient list is open, you can filter or search the list

2. Click on Download List.

3. Click on Download list to download the list.
