Download a patient list

When you have an active or finished recall, you can check every patient’s status through Appt Health or you can export it. The downloaded file will have all the patients’ NHS numbers, dates of birth, upload dates and recall statuses. The description will also be shown if the patient was pending, invited or booked at time of download. Read below to learn how.

1. On the Appt Health portal, select the target you wish to view the list for (to view the overview screen) and click one of the Target progress options. This will display the patient list on a new screen.
   Note: once the patient list is open, you can filter or search the list using the options under the title
2. Click on Download List.
3. Click on Accept & download to download the list understanding that the file contains confidential patient data.
