Added a patient accidentally? Got some information wrong on the patient list? Read on to see how you can easily pause your recall.
We will stop inviting new patients, but patients who have already been invited or booked will not be paused. To cancel or reschedule these appointments you must contact the patients directly yourselves.
You can tell that a patient has not been invited if their Recall Status is “Pending”, otherwise they have been. You also can’t add new patients to the list when it is in a paused state.
