Using the skill mix settings

The Skill mix page allows you to select what care needs and annual reviews your clinicians can do. This ensures that we match patients to your most suitable staff members when offering appointments.

How to update skill mix settings

Step 1: Access the skill mix page

  • Navigate to Settings > Skill mix.

Step 2: View assigned tasks

  • The table displays a list of your clinicians alongside the tasks they can perform.

Step 3: Edit clinician tasks

  1. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select or deselect tasks for each clinician by clicking the checkboxes.
  3. Ensure that each clinician is assigned only the tasks they are qualified to perform.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes

A member of our team will remind you to check this is updated regularly but you can go in any time and make changes yourself.
