How to set up the skills matrix

We require you to upload a CSV file with the following columns:

1. Clinician name: First name and last name (e.g., Jane Doe).
2. Clinician skill mix: Indicate whether the clinician can meet each specific care need using "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No).
