When a patient receives an invitation from you, they can reply with different keywords such as A, B or C to book an appointment or MORE if they need to see more appointment options and the system will automatically respond to the patient’s request.

These are intended as examples to illustrate a workflow. In your Appt Health platform, under each target you will see the SMS content and settings you have set for a each target. We have not included the SMS messages that are sent if a patient replies with anything other than the keywords shown above or an error occurs in the system.
