Automated workflows
The workflows are automated sequences of invitations, that are designed to engage with patients at scale.
A recall workflow is built from a sequence of invitation rounds, such as SMS -> SMS -> Letter. If a patient does not book in the first invitation round, they will automatically be moved on to the next round, where they will receive a second round invitation.
We offer 4 types of rounds SMS round, SMS link round, Letter round and Call round - and a variety of workflows, so you can pick the one that suits your target and patients the best.
