Our workflows use SMS, letters, and call reminders to ensure patients don't miss important care. They're like a guided journey that ensures patients receive timely notifications and have multiple opportunities to book.
Workflows are made up of invitation rounds. We offer 4 types of rounds SMS round, SMS link round, Letter round and Call round. Our workflows combine these rounds in different orders to maximise patient engagement. You can choose from one of our predefined workflows or work with our experts to design one to suit your patients.
If a patient does not book in the first invitation round, they will automatically be moved on to the next round, where they will receive a second round invitation.
